Gainfactory quotes prices on request because the final price depends on configuration, quantity and delivery location. A single machine for a home gym in Hamburg costs something different from twenty machines for a gym in Italy. You will receive a concrete quote within 48 hours once you tell us the machines and the delivery address.

Add the machines you are interested in to the enquiry list or contact us by form, email or WhatsApp. We get back to you within 48 hours with questions or directly with a quote. For gym projects we first discuss floor space, target group and budget so the equipment list fits.

Yes. Gainfactory supplies commercial gyms, personal training studios, clubs and private home gyms. Private customers get the same equipment and the same service, with prices shown including VAT.

Both. At Gainfactory you can order a single machine or have a complete gym equipped. For larger projects we also take care of the floor planning on request, see gym planning.

It depends on whether a machine is in stock. Stock items and used equipment are paid 100 percent before dispatch. For new orders with a lead time you pay a deposit, the amount depends on the manufacturer, and the balance is due before dispatch or before shipping. The exact terms are stated in every quote.

Yes, we deliver throughout Europe, to the UK and worldwide on request. Whether a machine can be delivered to your country depends on whether it is new or used and on the manufacturer's sales territories. Tell us where it needs to go and we will quickly let you know what is possible.

It depends on the brand and availability. Stock items and used equipment ship at short notice. New machines from Atlantis, Rogers or Arsenal Strength are built to order and imported from North America, so expect longer lead times. The specific lead time is stated in every quote.

On request, yes. By default we deliver by freight carrier, and on request we also carry out on site installation for an additional charge. Let us know when you enquire and we will include installation in the quote.

Shipping is calculated per order because weight, quantity and delivery location determine the cost. Strength machines often weigh several hundred kilos and are delivered by freight carrier. Shipping costs are shown transparently in the quote.

Gainfactory is an official dealer for Atlantis, Hoist, Rogers, NewTech and Arsenal Strength and sells its own brand Revive, which is manufactured in Germany. In addition we offer inspected used equipment from other premium manufacturers.

Selectorized machines have a weight stack and the load is chosen with a pin. Plate loaded machines are loaded with weight plates. Selectorized is quicker to adjust and designed for high traffic in commercial gyms. Plate loaded allows heavier loads and a more natural feel. Bodybuilders and powerlifters love it, and for gyms it's a strong selling point for ambitious members.

With most brands, yes. Atlantis, Rogers, NewTech, Arsenal Strength and Revive offer selectable frame and upholstery colours, some also your own logo on the machine. We are happy to send you the manufacturers' colour catalogues, and we confirm the options for your machine with the quote.

Our own studio in Hamburg, Invictus Gym, has equipment from NewTech, Atlantis, Hoist, Rogers and Revive. Ask us which models are currently available to try and we will arrange an appointment.

Yes. For new machines we pass on the manufacturer's warranty of the respective brand unchanged, and we state the terms with the quote. Used equipment is covered by the statutory warranty.

Yes. Gainfactory sources spare parts for all brands we carry directly from the manufacturers, and for Revive spare parts and service come directly from us. If needed we send a service technician to your gym, on request as part of a maintenance contract.

Every used machine is inspected by us before sale: function, movement, bearings, cables and upholstery, damage and everything relevant to operation. Condition, year and photos are given in the listing so you know what you are getting. Current machines are listed under used equipment.

Yes. If you want to sell equipment, send us photos, brand, model, year, location and your asking price via Contact. We reply within 48 hours with an offer. We buy single machines as well as complete gym setups.
